Honesty, known for it’s silvery, coin-like seed pods, has become known colloquially as the money plant, whilst alliums are closely related to humble kitchen ingredients: onion, leek, shallot, spring onion, and chive. Campanula earns its latin and common name from the bells of Canterbury cathedral with charming bell shaped flowers.
